Return & Exchange Policy – Ahmed Fabrics

QUALITY DEPARTMENT EXCHANGE

Any product bought from Ahmed Fabrics online store can be exchanged / returned via our customer service by emailing us at ahmedfabrics@gmail.com or can call us at (+92) 3458248089 along with your order ID number for our customer care representative to proceed with your request.
Ahmed Fabrics offers refund policy only if the product received is faulty or damaged, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state. If the
customer is unsatisfied with the received product, they only can get that product replaced/exchanged.

Note: Exchange offer is not applicable on sale/promotion products.
Note: Exchange Policy is only liable within 7 days after the goods are delivered.

CONDITIONAL EXCHANGE

If the order is eligible for exchange/refund, you can simply return the parcel back to us and we will replace the product or refund you the amount, which ever applies on that order.
Note: Courier charges that are applied, will not be refunded

At Ahmed Fabrics, we are committed to ensure the highest level of services. Whilst, we hope you are delighted with your order and we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions. We only offer “Conditional Exchange” if you face quality issues with the product.
