Shipping &  Returns
Any product bought from Ahmed Fabrics online store can be exchanged / returned via our
customer service by emailing us at booking@ahmedfabrics.pk or can call us at
(+92) 3458248089 along with your order ID number for our customer care representative to
proceed with your request.
Ahmed Fabrics offers refund policy only if the product received is faulty or damaged,
provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state. If the customer is
unsatisfied with the received product, they only can get that product replaced/exchanged.
Note: Exchange offer is not applicable on sale/promotion products.
Note: Exchange Policy is only liable within 5 days after the goods are delivered.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before the order has been processed. Once the order has been
processed and shipped.
Note: Orders can be automatically cancelled by Ahmed Fabrics in case; the item is out of
stock, pricing errors in the product, or if the consignee address is incomplete and/or
unreachable.

Care Instructions

  1. Pre-Shrink Cotton Fabrics in a separate bath.
  2. Avoid Leko Finished Lining (Bukram) for Cuffs & Collar etc., in tailoring.
  3. Use lukewarm water and mild detergent (Bleach free).
  4. Dry Colored fabrics away from direct sunlight.
  5. Garment may be machine laundered only on the setting designed for gentle agitation and/or reduced time for delicate items.
  6. Do not Bleach Colored Fabrics.
  7. A spinner or machine dryer may be regularly used at High Heat setting.
  8. Dry cleaning is not required for Cotton Fabrics.
  9. Regular ironing may be performed at High setting. Use light starch to enjoy real comfort of wearing.
